Eagle Eye News, News Anchor – Auburn, AL, Fall 2004 – Present
- Anchor weekly news show produced and run by Auburn students
- Report and create different packages on stories that were happening in and around campus
- Edit stories using Adobe Premier
CBS, CBS Runner – Auburn, AL, April 2006, September 2006
- Collected and tallied scores that were then reported to CBS producers for the NCAA gymnastics championships
- Worked as a runner for the Auburn vs. Arkansas football game
Auburn University Telecounseling, Tiger STRIPES, April 2005-Present
- Contact incoming students and answer questions they may have about Auburn
- Call sophomores and juniors to give them information on scholarships and academics
Camp War Eagle (Orientation Program), Parent Counselor, Summer 2006
- Communicated resources and programs to over 3,000 parents of incoming freshman after 4 months of training
- Organized seminars and sessions for parents to attend while at orientation
LEADERSHIP
Administrative Vice-President, Black Student Union, 2006-2007
- Prepare and arrange 25 fall and spring semester social and cultural events
- Coordinate meetings with the Black Student Union executive board and various personnel at Auburn University
- Chair the 12 members of cabinet of the Black Student Union
Social Director, Black Student Union, 2006-2006
- Planned the social events such as Tiger STOMP, working with a $20,000 budget
- Worked with the executive board to decorate events that included our annual Jazz and Poetry night
Assistant Director of Freshman Outreach, Student Government Association, 2005-2006
- Coordinated programs to encourage freshman students to participate in SGA resulting in over 200 freshmen participating
- Created publicity for the programs such as flyers and t-shirts
- Planned social functions that all of the programs could participate in throughout the year.
