document.writeln('<p>Gaining experience through a cooperative education program or internship gives ');
document.writeln('  you, the student, an invaluable look at what a company and a position are really ');
document.writeln('  like. </p>');
document.writeln('<p>In a tough job market, when selling yourself is critical, students who can ');
document.writeln('  list some kind of relevant work experience on their resumes may find the job ');
document.writeln('  market scales tipped in their favor. Employers say they are looking for students ');
document.writeln('  who have gained real world experience&#151;and the first place they look for ');
document.writeln('  new, full-time hires, is within their own internship and co-op programs. <img src="http://www.jobweb.com/joboutlook/images/JOexperience2.jpg" align="right" width="254" height="174" alt="Employers Rate Experience"></p>');
document.writeln('<p>Finding an internship or co-op position shouldn\'t be too difficult&#151;according ');
document.writeln('  to a recent survey by the National Association of Colleges and Employers, 85 ');
document.writeln('  percent of employer say they have one &quot;experiential education&quot; program ');
document.writeln('  in place. Four out of five sponsor an internship program; 43 percent have a ');
document.writeln('  co-op program. Employers also say that more than half of their new hires come ');
document.writeln('  with internship experience; more than a quarter has co-op experience.</p>');
